Please note, a registration fee of $125 is required to finalize your athlete’s registration.

Waiver exclusion clause: By submitting this form, I hereby release, discharge, absolve, and agree to indemnify any employees/volunteers of Valley Rush Soccer League from any and all liability for injuries and illness the registrant may occur while participation in the soccer program. I hereby give my consent for program personnel to authorize any and all medical and dental treatment. In addition, I agree to the rules of the fair play and conduct set for the activity. I understand that failure to do so may result in suspension of participation.
Cancellation policy: All fees are nonrefundable.
